Cash Amercia has more than one company within them. If your work for Cash America you are better off then working for Cashland. The Cash America policy is much better for employees than the Cashland one even though you are told you have the same policies. At Cashland it depends on how well you are liked on if you are going to go anywhere in the company. You are promised one thing and given another. If you are in a salaried position you are told that we will work a 45 hour work week but really it ends up being 6 days a week and about 55-60 hours. If you go to upper management about an issue, nothing is going to happen.
