Discounts on certain merchandise. Matching 401K. A manager that worked with my schedule.
Cons
Corporate structuring meant unrealistic goals for high ticket items like jewelry. Wage growth was incredibly poor and not based on performance. One year saw 1.00 the manager was allowed to split among 6 employees. I got a .13 cent raise that year. Health coverage was weak.
