      100 plus hours of pto a year

      Cons

      always being watched and listened to. Pay starts at $18 and if you go to a new department your told u get a raise but dont got 6 months to a year depending on when you change positions bc raises are given in July. This company fires people quarterly if they dont meet their metrics
