Pros
I can't think of any pros. Almost immediately after going to work there I knew that it would be short term because of the culture of the executive mgmt team.
Cons
I never had any interaction with my executive management team except to have one on one meetings that had no agenda. With no agenda you had no way to prepare. Instead you sat in a conference room in a firing squad atmosphere with questions hurled at you that you unprepared to answer. Because you had no agenda to prepare for you come off looking like a total idiot. This company is so screwed up that they will never get it correct for the customers. Customers complain routinely that they have billing errors that they have been trying for a year or more to get corrected. Every department at this company is a revolving door because every 5-6 months the company layoffs. Two in my short time there. One in July and one in December. Yes, just before Christmas. What company does this to human beings? The best thing anyone could do for themselves is to stay as far away from this company as possible. They want you to think they care about their employees but their actions prove otherwise. They are more interested in the bottom line than the employees and customer's for that matter. Benefits are outrageous and this past year the employees had to ask when their 401K accounts were going to be credited. This year most don't expect to get a salary increase or if they do get one it will be delayed and minimal. Don't waste your time applying because if hired you are going to be shown the door soon after taking a position.
