Cons
The management has to change the Salary Slabs for new joiners who are experience and also for the rehires, they think Rehires are fools to come to their interview bay just to fill the chairs in the lobby HR sucks they need to change, they will be roaming from east to west without asking or informing the candidates who had come for interview they keep telling "you have to wait for some time" and that some time will go up to 2 hours. please change or quit the job don`t spoil the name of First Advantage. The HR from 2012 to 2014 were the best i have their names too "Divya Naidu, Soumyashree P and Ramya."
