Pros
This company is very pro sales person!!! They give you complete autonomy to pursue any type of projects within your discipline. They only want you to deliver quality projects with solid revenue. There is minimal interference with constant training and required efforts outside of sales
Cons
The company can be a little to loose with structure. If you are not self motivated it can catch up to you real quick.
