-They don't repair critical problems with the vehicles -Every single van has something wrong with it, even if it's just one small issue -Difficult finding time to pee -Large delivery routes nearing Prime holidays -Have 5 day, 10 hour mandatory weeks during holidays -No seasonal pay -Reward system is a carrot on a stick; it's virtually impossible to qualify; the owner created it just to appease manager complaints but it has no real impact or reward. You have to get no complaints from customers which is inevitable and never something you have any control over.
