      Pros

      Middle managers and employees are supportive and great to work with. The HR staff there is super and helps out as much has they can.

      Cons

      There is a stressful and toxic work culture there. It's fostered by one of the owners. People are moved from position to position without the employee's approval. Most jobs there don't have a job description so they change your work and you can't do anything about it.

      The work was fulfilling and the relationships made have lasted through leaving the company. The guys and girls at this company are very helpful, nice, and funny. It truly is a supportive environment.

      Can be asked to work longer hours to get jobs done.

      Benefits, vacation and pay were good.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. Was let go after six years of service because "it isn't working out". Ownership is not honest with their employees and will expect more and more until you break.
