      Pros

      Other workers are great to get along with and are usually pretty helpful. Work life balance was great.

      Cons

      Management was very hands off and inaccessible most times. CEO wasn't involved much in day to day accounts, and in turn, made hasty decisions that affected our life as account managers. When work was slow, account managers took the brunt of it. Clear favoritism in the workplace. Other company within the office was being favored over FFD employees.

      In 2018 this was a completely different company. As the new CEO in 2020, we have completely changed the management structure. I am striving to develop an organization that supports each other and our clients to the best of our ability.       Pros

      Our fully remote team seeks ways to bring solutions to the challenges we each face. This is both in the workplace and, where appropriate, outside of work.

      Cons

      As a small company, we are still working very hard to keep our financials strong. The balance sheet continues to improve, so I continue to hope that compensation can grow more for our very dedicated staff.
