Our company has been overhauled since 2018. As the new CEO in 2020, we have completely changed how the organization is run. I am very distressed to hear of the issues you describe here. Our senior management structure has been overhauled. We have a new office in the heart of downtown. Pros

Our fully remote team seeks ways to bring solutions to the challenges we each face. This is both in the workplace and, where appropriate, outside of work.

Cons

As a small company, we are still working very hard to keep our financials strong. The balance sheet continues to improve, so I continue to hope that compensation can grow more for our very dedicated staff.
