Pros

The office location is convenient. The facilities look good on paper, and there are some initial perks like a nice office and Cibus.

Cons

The company's treatment of employees is quite poor. Initially, they put up a friendly facade to "buy" your loyalty, but soon, the atmosphere turns sour with bad vibes filling the office halls. The HR department is mean-spirited and spends their time gossiping about employees rather than addressing their concerns. There seems to be a systematic issue with how management interacts with employees. The company is more focused on curating a positive image on LinkedIn and Instagram than on genuinely offering a good working environment. Management gets irritated when people decide to leave the company and blame resigning employees for influencing others negatively, yet they fail to self-reflect or acknowledge their own shortcomings. Suggestions for making work more engaging and interesting were ignored, and I often felt taken advantage of.

Pros

Welfare conditions are normally good

Cons

After 3 months of working for FireArc, they announced on conditions worsening - change in the hybrid conditions and a downgrade in the office conditions. The worst part was the fact they presented it as an “exciting” move and because they trust us.. oh the irony. Additionally, the overall atmosphere among the employees is a fear to speak up since there were many cases where employees who spoke got hurt by it.
