The HR department is mean-spirited and spends their time gossiping about employees rather than addressing their concerns. There seems to be a systematic issue with how management interacts with employees. The company is more focused on curating a positive image on LinkedIn and Instagram than on genuinely offering a good working environment. Management gets irritated when people decide to leave the company and blame resigning employees for influencing others negatively, yet they fail to self-reflect or acknowledge their own shortcomings. Suggestions for making work more engaging and interesting were ignored, and I often felt taken advantage of.
