4yWe are disappointed that you feel FDS doesn't provide you an environment for success. FDS values each of our team members and we work each day to improve our company and culture. We routinely have promotions within the company, rarely do we higher outside personnel for leadership positions. Leaders are selected based on skillset and performance, no other factors are considered. Leaders are held to high standards of performance and they in turn hold their team accountable. FDS has numerous ways for team members to share process improvement ideas with all levels of leadership. It would be interesting to know why you stated "Occasionally you will get along with your counterparts". We have a large office staff, why do you get along with them only occasionally?
