      -flexible schedule -fun atmosphere -not commission (but the better you do the more hours you get) -they help you develop

      Cons

      -boring training -if you have a bad week they constantly remind you of it -pay is nothing special -boring if nobody is shopping -lots of shoes to memorize (and associated technologies) -having to convince people to buy things you know they dont need
