      Pros

      Am able to see the beginning, middle and end of a project. We learn what works and how to make our job better.

      Cons

      There have been times when the boss takes on more jobs than we can handle and clients do get upset when promised a certain date and we can't deliver.

      Pros

      Very professional company with a great boss. Everyone is encouraged to do their best, and the owner also understands and accommodates personal and family life issues.

      Cons

      Really there are no downsides. I suppose there are not many "good" restaurants nearby, but I don't mind that as I typically bring in my lunch.
