Pros
- Good culture of peers who are willing to help, and can create a good environment if you're lucky enough to be with a good team - Decent pension benefits - Monthly Mental health switch off hour
Cons
- Since DCT has 'taken over' it seems like Findmypast has lost its vibrancy and personality, rarely do we have a say in things. - HR has been swallowed by DCT. The CEO has been changed for a couple of months now and hasn't even been updated on Glassdoor. - Communication could be handled better from middle management to the senior/mid devs. - Rarely any progression/pay increases, a measly 2% every year is not going to cut it unfortunately - Some cases of bullying/pushing out of individuals by some middle management.
