      Work pace is pretty calm.

      Cons

      The Nearshore Portugal by Findmore management doesn't care for what goes on in the teams, even when an employee reports something it just gets ignored, pay is as low as they can talk you into, bad leads are allowed to continue leading and abusing the employees they lead.

      - Good salary - Good projects - Most of HR employees are responsible and really want to help new comers - Option to change projects if you are not happy with yours

      Cons

      - Lack of feedback - I don't see much of a way to grow in the company -Sometimes I get completely ignored by my managers when I want to talk to them -They promise some things and they don't do it
