The pressure on teams, especially during times of rapid growth and change has at time been challenging and in hindsight, there are things we could have done better to ease that burden and support our people more effectively. You've raised valid concerns around resourcing, testing, and go-live readiness. As our client base has grown, we've at times found ourselves stretched and we know that’s not sustainable. We’re actively investing in strengthening our engineering capacity, improving internal processes and ensuring that quality and scalability remain front and centre as we continue to grow.
