Pros
Before Vista Equity bought the company it was a great place to work.
Cons
Higher Quotas and lower pay year after year. No product development. They only make money by forcing renewals at 50% to 100% price increases. And they have a habit of not paying commissions, even when it is spelled out in your comp plan that you should have been paid. I know of 9 current and former employees that were not paid per their comp plan. Finastra is a sinking ship. In early September they just fired more people... Sales, Managers and Product Managers.
