I had lots of fun here. They are a good company to work for as a good engineer. The quality of your works and the productivity you have including taking into account thinking and design is seamlessly appreciated by management. They know you are a valuable engineer if you are one. No need to constantly make your case or explain yourself. Also there is not too much stress and the pace (rhythm) of work is reasonable. I left for a better offer.
