Great, dedicated people willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
Cons
no US job is safe. Getting rid of US jobs despite the fact that the main business is from US banks and years and years of expertise and experience is being let go with no care as to how it impacts existing customers. It's not just plug and play. US business also needs at least some people who work US hours.
