Pros

- Pension & bonus schemes - Colleagues are friendly, talented, always available to help/jump on calls/ meet in person / help with your career path - Highly reputable product, interesting projects to work on - Secondment & bootcamp opportunities in other teams of interest - Work-life balance - Decent amount of people who have worked for the FT for a good amount of years.

Cons

- Salary could be better. - Progression framework - there is only one round of promotions per year nowadays. It used to be 3 or 4 times up until 2022/2023 or so, so this is demotivating to high performers who put in the work and aren't given a promotion or salary raise - Mobile tech estate is in a bit of a mess in terms of quality... but hopefully it should get better after a year or so.

Pros

Very smart and nice people. The environment is collaborative and encouraging across regions—a good place to start and build a career.

Cons

Pay is way below market, and benefits are limited. Additionally, inconsistent alignment between leadership and management sometimes leads to shifting or unclear expectations.
