Pros
I had a good manager and co-workers in my department. We all worked well together, and my work was interesting. I prepared my workdays in advance which made it simpler to do. I was responsible for IPOs, recording and editing SEC data, NYSE, NASDAQ and other foreign exchanges. (Also, the last year I was there was 2015, the system here did not allow me to enter the actual date.)
Cons
As we were in an 'open cubicle' environment, the chatter and conversation across departments, especially in the morning could be a bit distracting. We were in a small office space so I suppose it couldn't be helped.
