Environment is Friendly, flexible-family oriented Great Teamwork Approach Ability to Grow Recognition and feeling of making a difference Encouraged to make own decisions - not micromanaged Family owned business where management cares about everyone's well-being and strengths. They put employees first. Great Company events to bond and experience camaraderie Pride of company's good standing reputation-feel good about quality of company an its focus on customer service and number of years of company's success Productivity without red tape

Cons

Typical Smaller company benefits though company offsets any way they can with additional programs and more contributions. PTO policy has become more strict Could move a little faster with technology in some areas/other areas are cutting edge, Growth has taken away some space in office

Pros

- Family oriented - People bring their animals and kids to work all the time - No dress code - people make up there own schedule for the most part - no structure

Cons

Owners will talk bad about employees to other employees. No basis for promotions or firings Owners do not make practical business decisions. Morale is extremely low No hard work recognition or employee incentives They will recognize if you make an error and the whole company will be informed of it. High employee turnover Overtime required on different occasions. No overtime pay although we were all hourly employees. Small company, a lot of gossip. Check calculations/ benefits have never been correct. Constant battle trying to get benefits fixed.
