CEO who calls management and yells at them over sales rather than coming up with a well, thought-out solution for problems. The people who "run" this company are constantly yelling and patronizing at their restaurant managers, who in turn treat their employees like crap. There are absolutely NO benefits that are worth the effort unless youre in management. The discount policy for employees are strict making it near impossible to enjoy the food at the place you work for. This company would rather fire than coach.
