Pros

Opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing tech company, fully remote, helpful colleagues, comprehensive training material, exposure to many types of businesses interested in the product, taught to sell based on customer needs rather than forcing the sale, high-growth potential for the industry, welcoming culture.

Cons

Nothing negative about the management or company, the amount of requests from customers can get overwhelm the schedule sometimes. I am confident this will be reduced as more team members are hired.

Pros

- Caring, trusting leadership - Remote work - Smart, dedicated team - Good product - Profitable, bootstrapped startup!! The team, from the most recent hire, to the full leadership, CARES. Cares about the team, cares about helping sellers, cares about earning trust. That shows itself in how the product is developed, how the team interfaces with sellers and how we talk to the market. It's rare to find a company that's so sincere in its promise...and that also goes after its goals in a driven, purposeful way. We work hard but we have space to do so. There's collaboration vs. top-down mandates. "Hire the right people and trust them to do the right thing" actually happens here

Cons

- holidays are somewhat limited for US staff

Pros

Probably the best workplace culture I've ever experienced. The team all works towards the same goal. It's very clear that the management takes extra time to curate the team, so there are no bad apples. It's rare to find a company that actually cares about it's employees, and doesn't just say they do. Finale genuinely does. It's definitely a company worth putting down roots with. One of the things I appreciate the most is, even though they hire for specific responsibilities, they don't limit your potential. If you identify something that you can contribute outside of your normal role, you'll have the opportunity to work on it. For example, although I'm hired for customer relationship, I have some involvement in the marketing side because I showed interest in it. Great to feel appreciated.

Cons

Since it's a smaller team, the development cycle of the software isn't always as quick as I'd like. Smaller teams mean limited developer time, which means certain projects might not happen, or may not be done right away.
