-Top heavy -Pay is not great -A lot of inertia when it comes to changing processes or approaches

Not a lot of good. Pay isn’t great, benefits are pretty bad but you can work from home sometimes and work life balance is decent.

This place has horrible management, they micromanage everything. There is no autonomy at all. They do not communicate well with employees. There is no room for growth whatsoever no matter how hard you work. Management is rude and doesn’t care about lower level employees and there is no HR to advocate for you.
