Pros
Plano location and amenities are outstanding. There isn't much else any longer. They have taken away the culture committee events, holiday parties, etc. everything good...
Cons
PTO is one of the worst I have seen (they are taking away earned PTO), employee morale is so low, especially if you worked for the Legacy MedAssets company. MedAssets had such a wonderful culture and it is being squashed by new leadership. They are doing layoffs and replacing positions with offshore (development and QA). Tenured people are leaving in droves.
