-Management is horrid - Unrealistic expectations for the smallest projects/daily tasks (You need to be robotic, don't make mistakes or you will get demoted, much employees have been phased out this way) - Contradictory statements about employee development and growth, they look for perfection but will not work with you to meet you in the middle with your job duties/assignments - Told to "take my time and do things correctly" only to be told by the same management "Everything needs to be perfect and done the day of" - Management is condescending - HUGE lack of mental health empathy with employees, they simply do not care especially if it - High turnover - POC beware, challenge the museum world of white privilege, it's very prevalent here... The vast majority of high level management are white - Management has clearly defined favorites -Very slim opportunity for advancement
