Here at Fill-tech Solutions we have a great group of people who enjoy working with each other. Someone always bring donuts on Fridays or we order lunch with money we raised from metal scraping or sometimes suppliers bring us lunch. Once difficult or long projects get done Fill-Tech offers a barbeque or pizzas. We enjoy these get together times.

Cons are that we are required to be very neat and keep our places clean and organized.

Paycheck and work/life balance are pretty solid. Most of the coworkers are really great

Upper management is sketchy and not trustworthy. No growth, take the job and Interview for better long term positions in the meantime.
