Pros
Company has very good customers and projects. They have a good delivery system and almost all projects have seen sign-off stage. Have executed more than 200 projects in 10 years which is a decent number for a startup. Great place to start a career and grow.
Cons
There is a continuous stream of work and taking a break within office hours becomes difficult. Salary increments are based on pure productivity data.
