Toxic culture
As a Filevine employee you are expected to put the company before anything else- if you have a family or small children who are dependent on you, this would not be a good cultural fit as you are expected to be in office and pressured if you take time off for familial obligations or have to leave early for any reason
No team unity, every man for themselves- cut throat
Team politics and clear "favorites" who get preferential treatment
One female SDR manager who just got promoted to Director on complete power trip and will demean/target anyone who challenges her (watch out)
You get to talk to egomaniacs all day long - oh did I say talk? I mean be yelled at and demeaned by egomaniacs all day long
AE alignment can be a hit or miss some are great, others only want opportunities that are ready to close in less than 90 days
