      Great people i.e. coworkers - laid back with good culture Flexibility with times Great place to learn skills if you're starting off in your career

      Cons

      Poor pay as compared to counterparts in the same industry Poor antiquated internal systems No focus on promoting from within - almost have to leave and come back if you need better pay and/or title Mediocre benefits compared to counterparts in the industry

      Pros

      Good work environment. Management can be good depending on your branch. Can make lots of close friends.

      Cons

      Very sales-focused. Does not matter if customer does not qualify for credit cards, loan, etc., you have to put the application in to meet quota. And the occasional rude customer.
