The salary and vacation time are reasonable.
Cons
Very poor management in most markets and very political. No one there can think for themselves or form their own opinion. It's a very unethical work environment where integrity is just a word not something you actually practice as a part of your daily life. They are very good at talking the talk but not walking the walk.
