They paid me lower than the minimum for a daily wages worker, even though I was taking up full fledged projects after 3 days. The excuse by the CEO for not giving me a hike was that the rent of the place was too high! :D
No limit on hours of day.
Horrible leave policy.

earlier the management and work environment was better than anything. But as the top management changes all environment is lost.
