      micromanager direction a lot of employees do drugs on toilets to keep up with the pressure the backstabbing environment is in all levels, departments and positions a lot of pressure for perfection careful to what you say or do

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
