It's a supportive and very collaborative environment. Your opinion always feels valued and there is always support when it's needed. I joined the business in the summer and immediately felt that I had found my "home" in terms of career. In a few short months I've moved up to Customer Service Team Lead and have a great team working with me. I'm proud of how hard they all work and how much they have supported me to make the service desk a success. I've found that the Senior Management Team are always approachable and pro active if you have a desire to progress and they are very much "open door policy" if you need to discuss or query anything. The vision for the business is clear, we're growing fast and it's a very exciting time to be here. Yes, we're busy and getting busier, but steps have been put in place to manage this as we move into the new year - new appointments into senior positions to strengthen our internal processes, recruitment out in the field and investment in technology. Overall, would I recommend working here to a friend - absolutely!
