Pros
Some of the people at other offices were easy to talk to and the work was not too complicated that a new hire would not understand. Health care is provided. Work is generally simple and straightforward when not affected by the main office. Not physically demanding.
Cons
Certain equipment had limited information on troubleshooting, lack of and poor onboard training, and most of management did not know how to communicate with each other or how to effectively communicate issues WITH their employees.
