Pros
Friendly people, get to meet nice work mates
Cons
1. Structure: During interview, questions of ability to learn and transferable skills were more important to them than actual sales experience, (seems right as it's a graduate's job). They overly emphasised on providing training, but the training given lasted "2 days". 2. Culture: Management was not transparent on true intentions, such as hidden schemes of firing people unexpectedly after 3 or 4 days, no true training on sales but expected to make 100 calls a day as well as generating sales. Work mates have a "clique" type of culture, as well as favouritism from upper management and CEO. I can't make this up, the company hired about 10-15 people at start to fire half after 4 days and the rest at a later point with people disappearing everyday. 3. Unnecessary leadership promotion to trick people to being contempt with poor salary and give them a sense of importance.
