Pros
-Great People to work with, not a competitive step-on-you to get somewhere else environment for most. -Great program for getting your 7 & 63, they also pay you to study 20 hrs a week until you take it. -Quarterly bonuses -401k match up to 7% -Many of the managers I have had encourage growth and career development -Opportunity for growth from service, but limited once you start to grow in your career plan, more competition for fewer jobs Overall the best company I have ever worked for & I love coming to work everyday!
Cons
-A lot of phone time, in retirement season calls may be on hold up to an hour & people will be angry when they get to you -Stats are very strict, you must adhere to a strict schedule and be very efficient on the phone, they really need to loosen up on this, b/c it starts to drag employees down and makes many quit -Pay is not comparable to competitors & Fidelity loses a lot of Great people because of this
