Pros
Fidelity loves young go-getters fresh out of college. Chances for advancement quickly after starting are high, and the pay is decent. They have decent benefits as well.
Cons
They promote new faces quickly before they are ready to take on additional roles and put them in a spot of plateau where they can't get any higher because they were out in a spot they were not prepared for. Most managers play strong favorites and one black mark on your record from a biased supervisor shuts down any hope of advancement in the future. HR is reluctant to help with issues.
