Pros

Very positive environment and the entire company truly cares about seeing each client succeed as well as each individual in the organization. Tyler and Erica are genuine and available when you need them while giving you the tools you need to succeed. The transparency of the company made me feel secure in my role and the professional encouragement was tremendous! They also worked really hard to build a strong corporate culture which I really respect! Tyler works so hard for the business and is a great leader to follow as an employee.

Cons

Wish they were more flexible about full-time remote careers, but due to the nature of how close/collaborative the staff is it makes sense to have an in person structure because they flow so well together.

Pros

Team was supportive, kind, and fun! Learned SO much because managers provided opportunities to step into the skills I was interested in. The team was included in many meetings between clients and the CEO, which was an amazing learning experience.

Cons

Client objectives can change quickly, but that's typical for marketing agencies.

Pros

Hardworking employees who care about the quality of their work—but they’re stretched thin and unsupported.

Cons

The CEO is the biggest obstacle to this company's success, and his refusal to listen to anyone but himself is driving it into the ground. Employees repeatedly raise core issues, month after month, trying to help the business function better, but constructive feedback is either dismissed outright or met with hostility. The CEO simply cannot handle anyone telling him "no" or suggesting improvements, creating a toxic cycle of delusion and dysfunction. He spends all of his time selling, making grand promises to clients about services we either lack the expertise to deliver or don’t have the manpower to complete. Meanwhile, his employees are left scrambling, overworked, and disorganized, trying to meet the impossible deadlines he's recklessly committed to. I never had a standard weekly meeting with him because, instead of pouring into his team and providing the support we desperately needed, he prioritized selling like a snake oil salesman. He promises the world but delivers chaos—and the employees are left to pick up the pieces. This creates a negative feedback loop: the CEO sells services we can't fulfill → the team expresses concerns → the CEO ignores or invalidates the feedback → the team is overworked and spirals further into burnout and disarray. It’s a constant state of "emergency" that stems from his own poor decisions, but he refuses to acknowledge that he's responsible. Beware of the inflated positive reviews—most were written under pressure or from interns long before the company became what it is today. If you value your mental health and professional growth, avoid this place.
