The company is a producer of many well-known Bulgarian brands and develops new. One can experience hands on product development, very high level of dynamics, well furnished offices which creates good atmosphere. At the company's top level positions are people who have been in the company for many years, usually only in this company. If one enters as a beginner one can do a lot of things in the sphere of marketing, product development, R&D, production, logistics.
Cons
The company does not have business continuity system which leads to making the same mistakes over again. If you are an experienced person and you enter the company you can see too many not efficient or not business things to be done. The company accepts you as an outsider and does not accepts your opinion very easily nor all. Also all the decisions made are not final because the owner might not approve and he is not available most of the time - no distinguished decision making chain available.
