To many chiefs and not enough workers, they will take all your time and think you must be grateful for the overtime, not the case, there's just not enough hours in the week, you will need to insist on some down time. Kiss you're family goodbye on Monday morning, you will be away from home a great deal. You need to leave to get a pay review and the holiday entitlement is bad compared to other similar company's. Recent new management tasked with recruitment favors friends and family above experience. Them and us mentality with the workers and management, blame culture.
