Pros

Pay and benefits are good Always busy - never bored that's for sure

Cons

Management pushes and changes things daily with no regard to the lower level & the consequences. Communication is poor. The ones that have to deal directly with the consumers should know the most about what is going on, but they are the last to know most anything. The constant changes & delays cause angst amongst the customers & the CSRs. You feel like you never know how to do your job, no matter how long you have been there. Less of a workload on one person would be very helpful. Hire more people. This place will drive you to drink!

Great team and forward thinking. Lots of training for job and safety. Fun activities and family feeling.

Cons

Long hours and can get pretty dirty at times. PTO can be hard to understand at first.

All local staff are phenomenal and work well together to achieve company and personal goals.

Cons

Outside management lacks in leadership skills and creates an unbearable toxic environment that is causing a mass exodus. Watch your backside if choosing this employer
