Pros

1- Chinese people are good and want to work and expand their IT sector. But there is communication gap between Chinese and Indian. 2- No such pros, because it is a manufacturing company and converting into IT. There is no environment like IT company. 3- Only one thing is good there, everyone leaves at 6:00 PM. 4- 24 Dec 2018 review "Good Company , Nice Working Environment !!!!" posted by management. 5- Day by day they are spoiling the environment of company. 6- No respect to your work.Some one come form other department and ask what are you doing! both are unknown but such type of @Choudhry also call HR for full and final for laughing at floor.

Cons

1- No flexible timings. 2- Zero Job Security. 3- No Increment Policy. People working here from years and there is no Increment. 4- Worst Management and very worst undeserving HR, they are not going to listen to you. If you wanna say something they just told you to if you wanna work or not, I will do your full and final right now. Totally unprofessional behavior. 5- Chinese people always say there is a lot of projects are going to come, but god knows when it comes. So, no better projects to work here. 6- Zero HR activities on festivals or any occasion. 7- Inside the office environment, people are shouting and used bad words, like they were sitting in their own house. 8- Working here is like you are working with unprofessional people. 9- They don't hire people of all level for projects, they just save their money and make responsible to less experienced people, who are not able to work and manage properly. There is only cons in this company. --HR and management improvement 1- HR relieve same day if you resigning and told company have no work, you are taking salaries free So, today is EOD. 2- HR creates problems in verification of the company. 3- Directly 4-10 month other people promoted to HR because HR recommend. 4- Most Important improvement ------ If some one passed away at your home or relation and HR also aware with it, that time HR also talk about your full and final or relieving.
