#1 NO JOB SECURITY - they will put you on floating status as they please, and once you're a floating employee you will receive no pay at all and they will just wait for you to resign #2 No career path/growth and training - they just gave us a LinkedIn Learning account, and that's it, you're on your own #3 Low salary and yearly increase - everyone got only 3% increase, can't even keep up with the inflation rate haha #4 Abusive of employees - they won't give the salary you deserve, they would even defer salary alignment for years. They know the PH labor laws loop holes.
