Great benefits, office is nice, people are generally nice.

No hybrid work anymore due to DOGE.

considered government but wasn't funded by congress so FHFA was not affected by things like furloughs

Leadership was and is still very questionable. The agency is top heavy, referring to grade levels. It does not have a lot of early career staff and does not help early career staff grow and move along.
