Pros
Some great quality proucts Multi-national company German colleagues are outstanding, as well as some fantastic local team membmers Lot's of great software tools and processes
Cons
The overall environment is quite toxic, particularly on the "first floor"..... Don't trust anyone, they will stab you in the back and shun you at a moments notice. Certain 'people' talk; and you can IMMEDIATELY tell who 'they' have spoken 'too' - for those people who have been spoken too suddenly have a different attitude toward you, suddenly stop looking at you, suddenly stop talking to you, suddenly treat you very differently. A lot of staff are disenfranchised with the organisation, there is no true leadership or inspiration. There is a distinct lack of respect for the senior managers by staff, which needs to be addressed. Performance management "experiments" taking place. Very poor communication is commonplace, and misunderstandings abound. Un-approachable senior managers. I URGE YOU you to be very careful not to be sold on this company by recruiters. Do some serious research before coming to this organisation, and don't jump ship for the sake of a "new challenge' or to help "improve a cultue" - this simply can't be done, as it's not lived and breathed at the top. The words spoken are very different to the actions. It's a multinational yes, a German company, yes, but there are some significant in-efficiencies throughout the business, and VERY limited opportunity for growth internally. Some business units are seen as the poor cousin, are heavily underesourced and staff used simply as 'quote slaves'. I believe millenials and beyond will severely struggle here due to leaderships styles and environment.
