Exhausting pace and limited salary growth - Engineer Festo Employee Review

The current pace is exhausting. When everything is urgent and every situation is treated as a crisis, it becomes nearly impossible to manage effectively. I’m hoping more opportunities appear on the market soon. On top - very small salary correction in the last few years. And work is more and more.. Not enough operators and we are asked to work in production
