Pros

Beautiful well kept resort, beautiful suites decorated well. A fine product.

Cons

not enough tour flow to generate much of a living. Caution, if your not working during a high season, weekends or Holidays you might be sitting in overage for the entire day. Not my cup of tea. I do not understand why they hire so many people and demand they be there when they do not have the tour flow. Its just not my scene. I was cut off when I asked more about the product RTX.. RTX is Festiva's very own version of RCI. I was told if a person could dream it, RTX could take you there. However when I accessed the program, it only allowed me 12 choices to choose from. I could not justify in my heart and mind that RTX is anything remotely the way I was taught to tell people. If I can not see it for myself, then how can I promise this to the person I am trying to sell too? Also I had an issue with the travel website, Example: The website they defer folks to, through their travel program is very much like any site such as travelzoo, Travelocity and many more. I asked what the differences are, when I compared their Travel program to other sites IE: Travelocity,Hotels.com, Kyak and ext, comparing sites often outbid their private website.

Pros

The pay, Getting to travel, Great learning experience. Always changing witch was a good thing. Always well supplies from Gift to Copy Paper. Great different ways we had to communicate from our computers.

Cons

Time expected to work long hours. Always be given last mintue changes leave short time for Marketing to get tours booked for Sales Team. Always being told 2 or 3 different ways to do things. So I had to figure doing it my best way an it worked so I done it my way. Nothing was never in stone never reliable an Very unorganized..
